Michael Chekoudjian began his career in real estate in 1979 working at one of the top real estate firms in the country. Within just 36 months, he was ranked number two in sales out of 2000 agents. Michael then joined a small investment group as a principal, which purchased and repositioned shopping centers, apartment communities, and ground-up developments in the Midwest. In the late 1980s, he realized his passion was locating investments that made sense for his partners. Then armed with his enhanced experiences via ownership and development he founded Chekoudjian Real Estate Advisors and expanded his investor base nationally. Since then, Michael has built a reputation nationwide as a broker who can deliver investments that make sense and gives his clients continued confidence in his deal-making abilities and professionalism.
